Once you have completed our Quote Request Form, one of our Home Mover Advisors will give you a quick call to talk through our process, costs and the best approach for your move.

If you’re happy to proceed, we will allocate a conveyancer to the case and provide them with all the required property forms to get things started.

From here, we fully onboard you. We’ll give you access to your Online Portal and provide you with all the necessary property forms so you and your conveyancer can progress your case. This alone can shave weeks off the transaction.

We manage the whole process, keeping in touch with all parties, clearing holds up on the chain and making sure you’re thoroughly supported to manage your own easy admin tasks, leaving the conveyancer to focus on the legal side.

We provide 24/7 support, weekly transaction updates and chase all parties, helping you and the conveyancer complete the legal transaction in the quickest time possible. We aim for 12 weeks, 8 weeks faster than the UK national average.
