We’re delighted to be expanding our team with the appointment of experienced conveyancing professional, Holly Howlett, as a Home Mover Advisor. Holly, who has over 10 years experience in the property industry, was previously employed at Simply Conveyancing as a Key Account Manager and prior to that Simplify, as a Client Relationship Manager.
Holly will now be bringing her exceptional account management skills and conveyancing experience to YouConvey, on our quest to make the home moving experience quicker and less stressful for customers.
Since launching in 2021, YouConvey has already shown the benefits of its service, with statistics from completed cases between February 2022 and December 2022 showing the majority of cases completed within 13 weeks, bettering the national average by 5-7 weeks.
As part of YouConvey, customers are assigned their own dedicated Home Mover Advisor, who guides them through the process from start to finish with 24/7 support and advice. This unique service helps home movers navigate their way through the process, whilst feeling more engaged throughout, therefore reducing their stress and anxiety along with timescales.
Additionally, YouConvey customers are given access to all of the necessary documentation they need to complete on Day 1 of their transaction, allowing them to take control of their conveyancing and bypass unnecessary delays, whilst their Home Mover Advisor provides regular updates throughout to eliminate the need for any chasing.
